Día de los Muertos: Ofrenda Virtual
Below is the definition of Ofrenda, as provided from Wikipedia. Ofrendas are used for Día de los Muertos (also called Día de Muertos), which is on November 2.
Your Virtual ofrenda must be on one slide, Powerpoint or Google slide.
An ofrenda (Spanish: "offering") is a collection of objects placed on a ritual altar during the annual and traditionally Mexican Día de Muertos celebration. An ofrenda, which may be quite large and elaborate, is usually created for an individual person who has died and is intended to welcome him/her to the altar setting.
Your project is to create a virtual ofrenda for someone you have known that has died. If this is something you not experienced, please ask a parent or guardian who they would honor. My model project is of my own grandfather, who died on June 21, 2018.
Ofrendas traditionally have the following items. You must find a picture or pictures that depict this and include it in the project. You must have these items somewhere in the project.
